Why not? Turn the ad blocker off, then go to the sites you want it on for and click on the lock or globe in the address bar to show Site settings. From there you can turn the ad blocker on just for that site.
(We have a rule here that first posts require moderator approval, but as you see your post was not "deleted automatically".)

If I go Settings and block ads globally, it will block all ads (on that particular site).
But if go only to Site settings, I will find there "Ads - Block if site shows intrusive or misleading ads" which is already "Blocked by default". But does absolutely nothing on that site.
It seems like "global ad blocker" blocks all ads. But for particular site in "Site settings" I can only block intrusive ads. Not all ads like with global blocker?

@sgunhouse Interesting is, that global ad blocker blocks all ads. But for a particular site it blocks only "unacceptable ads". That's weird.

Are you experimented with thes settings? I would think that actual blocking behavior is same, just option wording is different. Linguistic problem then

Not linguistic problem. If you set ad blocker only for a single site, it doesn't block all ads as a regular cross-site blocker.
