Hi! I have to reinstall my windows 7 on my pc desktop and download the latest version of Opera browser (Stable and GX). Now this error NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID appears on every site... Only Google, Facebook and Youtube appears to be normal, but other websites show me this error.
I have to use Mozilla Firefox to see my bank, my personal website, my business website, etc, etc... But i like to use Opera GX again.
I dont have any antivirus installed on my pc desktop. The time of windows is right too, with the date and time OK.
Pd: Sorry for my bad english xD

@anthdaniel Opera (and other chromium-based browsers) makes use of Windows' stored security certificates. Firefox instead obtains its certificate copies from Mozilla. Windows normally automatically updates its cert stores on a weekly basis, but if you did a fresh reinstall of Win7 and its original certs, many of those original ones may now be outdated (hence, expired and invalid) since certificates do have expiration dates of various time frames. If something (like a firewall or antivirus) is blocking the Windows updater from obtaining new certs from Microsoft, the certs won't get updated to their current unexpired versions and will cause a failure like you see. On the other hand, Firefox won't have that same problem since it directly uses Mozilla's cert store which Mozilla keeps updated. You need to find out and fix whatever is interfering with your Windows 7 cert updating.
