At this moment the cache folder is users...\appdata..... and I want to chage it to another disk.
How can change cookies and cache destination folder?

@cafuar You need to start Opera with a command line (--disk-cache-dir) to point the cache folder to a differente location.
To change the cookies location, you need to change the location of Opera's profile directory by using the command line --profile-directory
