Hi, my name is Walt, I've been using Opera for over 8 years. Everything was great I was very intrigued even by cosmetic changes. However recently I've been very annoyed by the changes that are being pushed through, Opera is adapting to the filter around highlights, since a couple months ago an update was pushed through with a filter blocking the entire page when using the search engine, and today I noticed the pop-out video player lost almost all of it's functionality. there is no more audio adjuster, you can't skip to the next video anymore, you can't increase the window size anymore, has a cap now. Which is a huge problem for artists such as myself, needing the size to be a bit bigger than the original while also doing work at the same time, it was very flexible and handy until the latest update. ruined everything for me, and sad to say if nothing is being done about it, I'll have to resort to alternative solutions, very disappointing start to 2020.

page preview on tab hover - is one big bug long time
• it show WHITE rectangle in DARK theme on not loaded tabs
• it show white rectangle on some completely loaded tabs !
• it sometime show preview of just closed tab instead of preview hovered tab
• and now it crash Opera on tabs hover -

"Downloads"-tab not fixed long time in "new design"
• many disappeared info-fields in it - not comes back (it does not even show the size of the downloaded file! not to mention other disappeared parameters)
• to delete something from it - you must do two clicks,.. so it's the hell, if you need to delete many positions
• buttons like "all" "docs" "images" "video" "audio" must not disappear on scroll !
(and if you choose "images" - it not show previews... but it's dreams)
• it just not had "redownload" button in "Downloads"-tab anymore (together with all related functions) -

Please make video pop up in new screen to be like older version, without that fade to gray and pause when mouse is on top of opened window, and ability to make video window size to be resized more, not fixed like now.

I think opera should pay more attention to linux world because the performance in there is way behind the windows version. I use it daily in the windows 10, its snappy and does not consume a lot of resources, on the other hand in linux, any kind of distro I tried its not snappy and when it comes to RAM usage it is taking more than 1GB for 3 tabs which is crazy, therefore I have to switch to something else in pop os!

@rajmondburgaj, I use Opera in Linux every day, and I don't have performance problems. That's probably because I use Tab Suspender, which unloads unused tabs and reduces memory usage.

When will Extensions be synced?!
And Yes. 201 tab on mobile - does not sync with PC!
Only 70 pieces are displayed on the PC! -

@rajmondburgaj: chrome://flags/#automatic-tab-discarding
Copy and paste to the browser bar!
Click and then enable this item by clicking on the "Default" button. Change to"Enabled".
All.After 5 minutes, all background tabs will be unloaded. Except for background movies, YouTube or social media. networks!

Hi @leocg, I've noticed another issue with Opera turning on from sleep mode, it takes extremely long to load pages. I can assure you it's not my internet, it's been happening for a week straight now after booting up from sleep mode.
