Opera doesn't reply to crash/bug reports

Twice, adding snapshots and sending them to the e-mail address given by the Company, dated: 2019.11.27 and 2019.12.02 regarding the automatic desynchronization, loss of the language configured, and other browser profile issues, Opera never answers.
This is where I condemn Opera's hypocrisy of sending requests to supply screenshots of the issue, and without reporting the bug to the users.A lousy Opera attitude.

@AltairAssassins The confirmation message that you receive after have reported an issue with Opera says that they will reply only if they need more information about the problem.
Regarding this forum, the purpose is for users to help each other, with people from Opera replying eventually.

For-profit software companies don't let just anyone read their bug tracker. If they need more information they will contact you; otherwise they won't tell you how work is progressing.I don't scream. I know it' s a user forum. I' m leaving clear, that in spite of sending in two oportunities, to Opera's requests, screenshots of the bug, and never answered me.
I conclude they have no desire or don't know how to answer me.

Are the rules prohibited to express Opera's lack of ethical responsiveness to its users' demands? Are those the rules?

I'm not looking for a fight. It saddens me that, if, supossedly, the ones who answer my post, they are users of the software, they can' t understand that Opera omits ethics to answer its users.
It only makes me think, the Forum is " guarded " by the Company itself, and gets angry when you leave in sight, such truths as that which led me to join the Forum.
It annoys them when users are not attended to. A lot of publicity is done about the browser, but not, answering the complains.
Thank you for nothing.
And keep monitoring the Forum, which of free, only has the name. -

@AltairAssassins Like was said, they will not reply to you unless they need more information about the problem. Opera has hundreds of bug reports per day and they simply can't reply to each one of those reports.
