And why the default search engine is sougou ?
I can't use English well, just reply me that questions above.

很难受，曾经最喜欢的浏览器Opera变成了一个流氓软件。你们真不知道搜狗有多垃圾？改都不能改的？我翻遍了Opera设置页，没有一个设置是改新标签页内的搜索引擎。360搜索更加垃圾，但他们的浏览器还是提供了百度搜索，360好的地方没去学，倒是吸收了不少360的流氓血统。

You could disable the search engine in Speed Dial, but it can't be changed in Opera. If you could convince Opera you were in a different location it would change to one appropriate to that locale (as in, Google in the US or Yandex in Russia) but otherwise just disable the speed dial search and search from the address bar.
