How do I disable the auto-incrementing (1) (2) etc. from being added when saving files with the same name?

If I download a file I already have, I'd rather be prompted to overwrite rather than create a bunch of duplicate files. If I need to download a new version of a file, it's really annoying to delete the " (1)" from the end of the file. How do I disable this?

Can't be done. If you've told Opera to show the Save dialog you can remove the numbers yourself, but they can't be disabled.
