passwords are lost after I've reset my sync phrase

as the title says, I've reset my password to the account and the sync phrase and after I've logged in into my opera account, I see that I have no passwords saved, but in the opera beta (on my android device) I see all my passwords. How can I "transfer" or sync the passwords so I can have them in the browser?

Enable password sync on your device - it is not enabled by default.
