Speed Dial shows pages viewed in Private Browser

I am using Opera on Mac and this morning, after encountering the issue with Opera Safe Storage (see this other post), Opera has forgotten my previously open tabs and I'm presented with a Speed Dial page that looks different than usual. Speed Dial is showing a grid of 12 site tiles, and most of them are sites that (a) I have not viewed in many months, and (b) I am 99% sure I viewed them in Private Browser.
If I click Show All History, those site urls are not in the History, which makes sense because they were private.
I see I can click the "..." and then Move To Trash on the Speed Dial tiles, one at a time, but I am still wondering how they were remembered from months ago and just showed up in Speed Dial today.
The Suggestions tiles, just below Speed Dial, shows sites that I did visit yesterday, in a normal browser.

Sounds like a bug, although I have no idea how to reproduce it.
I have never intentionally created a Speed Dial entry. I've deleted the partner entries, but that's it.

@pavarotti except partner speed dials which are added occasionally for some users Opera doesn't have anything that would create Speed Dials based on users browsing. Only suggestions are based on this but that is separate line on opera:startpage. Perhaps you got synchronization turned on? This is only possible way for Speed Dials to appear all of sudden.

I can verify the same bug - Privately browsed sites have leaked into my speed dial. I'm absolutely sure that they were indeed opened in private browsing - I've even check my browsing history and they didn't exist there. What is more, I also thought speed dial was populated automatically - I've never added any entry to it, yet it's full with my frequently visited sites (my mail site, my [particula shopping sites, the ones I use, not other ones) and even a few odds ones that I've used but only rarely! All sites have been based on my habit though, nothing that seems like a partner one.
As for synchronization, I've never used opera on any other device so I'm sure it's not pulling the data from someplace else.Version: 55.0.2994.44 - Opera is up to date
