Opera not playing well with Win10

Opera version 52.0.2871.40 is hogging the screen. I have to minimize it to select other aps. Clicking on the icons in the task bar does not bring them to the top.

I have a plain vanilla Opera set up, no extension, ad-blocker is not on, I haven't changed any flags(don't know where they are), I haven't changed any settings and there is no profile directory. I've attached a screen shot of the directory listing where Opera says it's supposed to be.

@ronnieb Did you try disabling hardware acceleration?

Thank you, that cleared it up. I had no idea it was on and didn't know where it was.
