<![CDATA[Opera not playing well with Win10]]>Opera version 52.0.2871.40 is hogging the screen. I have to minimize it to select other aps. Clicking on the icons in the task bar does not bring them to the top.

I've attached a screen shot of the directory listing where Opera says it's supposed to be.
