This nonsense is happening since Opera 50. It often happens when you're adding and removing extensions and then closing Opera soon afterwards. It just seems to sperg out entirely trashing all your extensions into Disabled state. Really annoying. There is bunch of threads about this. It needs to be fixed because it's idiotic.

@leocg I installed and reinstalled Opera ... I tried to exclude some extensions ... but it always does ... how do I install the previous Opera version? I tried to download it but I always auto-install the latest version. Where can I find the installation file? Thank you

If, then why are all other extensions also affected?
Just let 'me' switch of the extension checking for dedicated extensions,
or define more detailed how extension have to behave to the developers.
Because Stickypassword tellms me it is you, and you tell me, its them..Issue still exist with

For me it does now almost every time I uninstall Ghostery and close the browser. On next start, it shits its own pants. Be it quite fast laptop with SSD or ultra fast desktop with SSD.

I have the same issue, I have identified the problem in my case, every time I open Sticky Password in my OS, and afterwards I open Opera the problem appears again and I have to manually enable all the extensions again.

I have this problem as well. I'm using opera in portable version. Currently with only one extension - ublock. Every time I start Opera I have to manually enable ublock. This is the first time after 3+ years of using opera that I'm thinking of changing my main browser.

It was our intention when introducing this mechanism to address unwanted installation of malware extensions. Thing we expected was for extensions to be disabled at most once after upgrading to build with this feature included. What you all report here with extensions getting disabled on each browser restart was not intended. We will disable this feature in stable update planned for this week.

Apparently we have recently fixed some of the issues that could have been causing extensions to be disabled on each restart. Fix is available on latest developer build http://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2018/03/opera-53-0-2885-0-developer-update/
Could any of you for whom this problem appears try to install above developer build, move your stable profile to developer and see if problem is still visible on restarts (it will probably disable extension on first time when running this build but hopefully should be only one time this time). -

@mgeffro
Looks like it is working, but i have only tested 1 PC as I'm at work now.
Also in this Opera built i can not install Sticky password.
I can do more in 5h or so. -

@mgeffro
Also works on my 2. PC
BUT! i can not validate the stickypassword plugin, as this one can not be installed in the developer built. (Maybe some one knows a trick?)
This plugin / extension can only be installed through the stickypassword application, which will not deal with the developer version of Opera
