How to save "Speed Dial entries" using "Export bookmarks"

I have synchronized my Opera accaunt between computers and Android phones.
The Android phone has the Opera app and the Opera mini application.
After synchronizing both devices, I can see "Other Speed Dials" on the computer and there are two identical folder names in it.
Both folders are from Android phones.
One is a folder (contains Speed Dial shortcuts) from Opera, the other is a folder (contains Speed Dial shortcuts) of Opera mini.
My problem is that I can not save these two folders (which belong "Other Speed Dials") on the computer using the option "Export bookmarks".

'Export Bookmarks' should export all your bookmarks, including Speed Dials. At least here it export also the contents of 'Other Speed Dials'.
