Incorrectly plays audio track in .mp4

Description: On many sites you can find .mp4 videos in html5 players. These videos may contain several audio tracks. The problem is that Opera in such files plays the last soundtrack instead of the first one, as it should be.
Steps to reproduce: I created such a file, there are 2 soundtracks in it. You can see it here: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AjFqXJlpTvaHrDuLtZR6nig20L18
Actual result: When play in Opera, you will hear a sound: "Soundtrack number two".
When play in Edge, Chrome, Firefox you will hear a sound: "Soundtrack number one".Expected result: Must hear the sound: "Soundtrack number one".
OS: Windows 10
Version of Opera: Opera 45.0P.S.: Recently, my partners sent me a video https://1drv.ms/v/s!AjFqXJlpTvaHpDkb9RaWuJJSnRcv I have an error and I can not see it in Opera. But in Edge, Chrome, Firefox it plays correctly.

1 track in Russian, 2 in Japanese. Opera plays 2 track. -

1 soundtrack - Russian.
2 soundtrack - Japan.
Edge, Chrome, Firefox plays this video with Russian language.
Opera plays this video with Japan language.
The video should play Russian. -
