Sync Reset Did Not Allow for Passphrase Reset

  • Hello, I recently had to reset all my synchronized data because I did not remember my synchronization passphrase. Once this was completed (after much refreshing because there's no notification whatsoever) it did not allow me to reset my passphrase. It continues to ask for a passphrase after this has been reset. Please advise.

  • Did you change the sync setting to not use pass-phrase? Did you try setting a different pass-phrase?
