Writing an opera addon and how to submit.

Hi all,

I have written an opera addon and wanted to submit my addon. In the guidelines section, there is a summary and description sections. But i could not find out how to submit the summary and description documents, if they are documents. Where do we put these documents? In the addon .nex file itself, or submit them in another form or format.
