SurfEasy VPN / Opera will not remember my password.

It remembers my userid, but not the password. Is there a simple fix for this?
I run CCleaner just before I shut down if that makes any difference.
(BTW, the latest Opera version is amazingly fast. Well done Opera!).

sgunhouse ... when I examine my extensions, SurfEasy is listed.
Should I just delete it? And let Opera do its thing? I'm confused.
I thought Opera had added that extension. I honestly don't remember ever adding that myself.

I don't have any extensions installed - but you shouldn't need to delete it per se.
Before using the built-in VPN, you need to enable it in Settings > Privacy and security. That should enable a "VPN" badge inside the address field. Click on it to turn the VPN on and off, and change your virtual location. Note that some countries (China) and software (other types of proxies) may block the VPN. And obviously your extension may support higher data caps than the built-in VPN.
