Why on the website https://www.ok.ru/ Opera plays videos using Flash Player, not using HTML5?
Browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Vivaldi, Yandex browser reproduce videos via HTML5 on this site. -

You need to ask the page author why they send the video in Flash for Opera.
The problem is on the site side. The question is closed
