What do you call 'background images'? You mean background images on pages? Or do you mean Opera's themes?

I would think that OP talks about page or other html elements background images. Ability to save these without fiddling with page/css source would be great addition to Opera.

I don't know any. You may need to try a search on the add-ons page.

How each page creates its background images can vary A LOT among different sites, so there's no easy way to do that without knowing a at least a bit of HTML and CSS. Even the image can be actually a lot of smaller images put together. Do you need to do that frequently or only for a specific page/site?
