Sudden ad in Speed Dial

I saved the tabs in a speed dial folder, when I removed it suddenly a new item appeared in the speed dial from Aliexpress (aliexpress.com). This felt rather intrusive. Was it a mistake or was it policy?

This is with latest Opera 39.

To me, it sounds adware.
This "Ali" thing doesn't seem to mess much in the system though...

Thoughts, guys?

Ad speed dials have only ever appeared when Opera updated, which is when you close the program and then reopen.

AliExpress is a legitimate site (as in, not malware or scam), no idea if it is one they would use.

When you first open Opera, you get some default entries, like Facebook, AliExpress, eBay, etc. I removed them ages ago and never appeared again.

Dutch/The Netherlands, same here but a Groupon button, already set to my province.

Two different systems occured Yesterday.

Only Opera used.

Version 39.0.2256.48

Win7 64

If an Opera initiative.. well must be i think, that would be a bad thing Opera dev´s should know better.
