Opera 36 link menu insufficient, Open in new tab & background tab

I miss the Opera 12.x "Open in new tab" (which also would show that tab) and "Open in new background tab" (the current "open link in new tab")
I would like to have the link menu found in 12.x in Opera 36. Is that possible?

Opera 12.x link menu:
Open,
Open in new page,
Open in background page,
---,
Open in new window,
Open in background window,
etc

Opera 36 link menu:
Open link in new tab,
Open link in new window,
Open link in private window,
etc

Any help is appreciated.
