Auto hide SideBar and others...

I tried the newest version of Opera and was impressed. However, the one feature that has kept me on FF is the versatile sidebar feature (ad-on) where I am able to open and close the side bar on the browser displaying bookmarks etc. by hovering the mouse over the edge of the page. That is something I have not found possible in any other browser. I like Opera a lot, but the auto-open-hide feather of the sidebar is important for me. Is there a way to accomplish the same thing with Opera?
Also, as with MS Edge, I was unable to view streaming video from CBS News. I understand that CBS is behind the times when it comes to flexibility. I did install the latest Flash ver because CBS uses Flash for its website, but it did not work.
Thanks in advance,
