Opera push notifications

I have an error, when trying to subscribe push notifications:
DOMException: Registration failed - push service not available
My code working in Chrome stable.
Which difference between opera and chrome?

I keep getting the very same exception in Opera 38 but still clueless about what's been causing it. Everything works perfectly fine in Chrome though.

I have testing environment to debug push notifications. It works in Chrome, Chrome Android, FF, FF Android, Opera Android.
Error occurs only in Opera Desktop.

If you need public site: https://goroost.com – this page also generate this error.
It will be nice if you could provide some working page.

Investigation got some results? I'm implementing push notifications now and in newest stable version still gets same error.

I'm using Opera v41 on windows, it gives me DOMException: Registration failed - push service not available, Chrome and Firefox is fine
I'm using Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, js sdk

As far as I know, push notifications started being supported on 43.
