How can I clear Speed Dial cache?

How can I clear Speed Dial cache? After upgrading to Opera 31 I want to take advantage of some of the new Speed Dial features for setting the thumbnail images. The problem is that a good number of my speed dial thumbnails were moved to the latest version of Opera, which don't seem to work as well with this new version of Opera.
Is it possible to clear the cache on all of the speed dials I have and start over without deleting them all and recreating them? If I have to recreate them all that is fine, but I would prefer not to.

That is usually not the case for me. When I use the heart menu to set the thumbnail image the list of images to cycle through are from Opera 30 and out of date. I can't seem to remove the cache for these speed dial thumbnails unless I delete the speed dial entry and start over. If I do that then I am presented with a new set of heart menu images that are current as opposed to a set of images that are several months old.

Dunno if I should start a new thread for this, but I discovered what I think is a cool new trick for speed dial/bookmark thumbnails.
When starting a NEW bookmark you can alter the thumbnail dimensions a bit if you resize the window first. This also works if you zoom in or out first before using the heart menu to create a bookmark/speed dial.
This can be handy if you have a widescreen monitor, but want the thumbnails to be more narrow.
If you want to update a bookmark with a different thumbnail perspective you will need to delete it from speed dial and bookmarks and then recreate it.

If you want to update an old thumbnail you can select any different image using the heart menu then close and reopen the heart menu then go back and choose the screen shot which will now be current.
