I can't see Opera Preferences

Good Morning,
i can't see the preferences menu nowhere in opera: i tried to search in the opera menu (using the opera logo in the upper left corner) and in the settings menu, but I couldn't find it. Also, clicking with the right button in a website, there is no "edit site preferences".
(i am using opera 29, the last update).

You are reading information about an old version of Opera. That information does not apply to versions above 12.50 (which itself was only a development version).

You can use Site Preferences extension for this purpose. Not so powerful than old Opera, but quite usable.

Because Opera 12 and Opera 15+ are unrelated web browsers. They share a name but no code. This was done because Opera switched to using a different rendering engine.

In Opera 29, general settings can be found by going to one of the following addresses:

opera://flags

Opera:Flags is not for changing general settings but to enable/disable experiments, those which can be removed at any time.
