Do any RTL languages (Arabic and Persian too for example) work in Opera's UI? If not, it's probably a general RTL-support issue.

You don't post that from Opera?
Inside Opera it is prefilled with Opera version, Windows version, Graphic card info. -

@rami1234 As I said, system information i snot relevant for a suggestion.
Opera should fill that field automatically. If that doesn't happen, you can go to opera://version, copy the user agent part and post there.

@rami1234 There's nothing you can do. Opera would have to fix it.

Open up Opera, type:
https://opera.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/group/11/create/6in the address field and press enter.
