Since I have no vimeo account, I cannot watch this "unrated" video.
Hmm, I don't have an account either. It just played for me.

However, as said, it does not matter how or from where fullscreen is enabled. The crash report was done hitting F11 from the crash reports page.

Ah, so even some non-video pages trigger it too.
For video pages though, are you talking about clicking the full screen option for the video or just F11?

@burnout426
Not "some" non-video pages trigger it, too, but literally all pages, no matter how fullscreen is enabled, including clicking the fullscreen option on "any" video webplayer GUI and F11. -

@michaing Okay. Thanks for the clarification.
Does it happen in a test standalone installation of Opera Developer too? (To rule out issues with your profile.)

@burnout426: Yes. just tested a fresh standalone Opera developer, and it crashes, too.

@michaing Thanks. Mentioned it internally and will take care of report if needed. Will let you know.

@burnout426: For completeness: I also tried to toggle the 3 fullscreen related flags (typing "fullscreen" into the flag search), but they have no effect on it either.

@burnout426: Thank you very much. Until then, reverting to 111.0.5159.0 works very well, just replacing opera.exe and renaming the autoupdate folder. A native downgrade option would be still nice :).

@burnout426 I don't have crashes when going to fullscreen (F11 or while watching video) on Win10 but I noticed another one bug - after exiting fullscreen the bookmarks bar is hidden (but still looks enabled in EasySetup). I need to disable and enable it again for bookmarks appearing. Maybe this relates to the crash.

@michaing Small update. The crash is being looked at. The stacktrace does show that it's likely related to the bookmarks bar issue like @andrew84 mentioned. That latter issue is fixed internally so far. We'll see if it also fixes the crash indirectly.

My bookmarks bar keeps disappearing. It can be restored from Settings.
How do I turn off Aria? The icon covers my comments in FB.

It's the only browser that redirects me to other browsers to watch Instagram, Twitter and Facebook videos. At least add "open with another browser" feature to Opera. Now I just open Opera from update to update. Again, it doesn't play Instagram, Twitter and Facebook videos, so I'm closing Opera until the next update. Maybe one day(probably very soon) I'll get bored and uninstall Opera completely.

That's weird. Not sure how you managed to get Opera to do that. It has no option for that. Videos play fine in this build on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube for me on Windows 11 23H2, for what it's worth.
You should probably start with a fresh profile.

@burnout426: I'll probably uninstall it completely and reinstall it like you said. I use Lubuntu 24.04. And '' It's the only browser that redirects me to other browsers to watch Instagram, Twitter and Facebook videos.'' was sarcasm. I will never write about this again from now on.

@davidgould: I haven't found a way yet. It bothers me in the Messenger text box.
