I also don't see tabs overlapping one another.
You want to say that you don't have the issue shown on the video (reddit source).

The bug is easily reproducible here.

@leocg Then what is it? The interface has serious problems, the tab closing button also appears with a long delay.

@anonimus1337 So, how to try to trigger the issue regarding tabs overlapping one another? You just need to try to drag a tab away from a tab island?

Any movement or creation of tabs can lead to this, watch the video above. Perhaps the tab islands are created by themselves, because the tabs overlap each other and the browser thinks that I do it.

@anonimus1337 Couldn't reproduce it here. Moving tabs around, creating tab islands, removing tabs from islands didn't make tabs to overlap one another.

@leocg I created island and started moving tabs, the chance that tabs will overlap is not 100%, but the more often you do it, the greater the chance that this bug will happen.

@anonimus1337 I tried a lot. Can't seem to reproduce it. I'll try more when I get a chance though.

@leocg @burnout426 I can reproduce the bug very easily here. Getting a crash is a bit harder, but I got few crashes as well.
There's also the same issue post yet in 103 Stable https://forums.opera.com/post/330514 and few more posts that confirm the issue. -
