GX.games deleted my claimed games

GX.games deleted my games that I claimed when they had the "claim now, keep forever' (or something like that) discound. Can I reclame them or are they just gone and I need to buy them with real money?
(They do not pop up in my library.)

That's frustrating! Sometimes issues like this can be resolved by contacting GX.games support directly. They might be able to restore your claimed games. In the meantime, why not try out Toca Hair Salon? It's a fun and creative way to pass the tiim

Did you receive any notification from GX.games about the games being removed, or did this happen without warning?

If you claimed those games during the “keep forever” promo, they’re likely not gone just not showing due to a library or account sync issue.

Think of it like Letter Boxed: you already solved the puzzle, but the result isn’t displaying yet. Log out/in, check the same account, or contact GX.games support. If it was truly keep forever, you shouldn’t need to buy them again.
