The previous build reported bug of the “audio icon on the tabs stays muted, regardless.” remains unresolved in this build

• Disappearing closing cross on speed dial tab is still not fixed. Not funny already. 2 Stable releases already have this bug.

• And the tabstrip's visual issues are still there if the 'scrollable tabs' flag is enabled.

• Experiments page is still white sometimes in dark mode

• In this build something is wrong with dimmable background. There's some delay when clicking 'Search tabs' button but flickering when clicking on address bar (dropdown categories/BABE dropdown)

For consistency, it would be interesting if the volume control and time counter were also red.

@nashuim Ok, not a bug but a warning for users in order to try to avoid their data to be accessed by malicious people.

Some sites, like Facebook for example, already added a similar warning.

On Instagram site the main column is tighter compared to Edge or any other browser except Chrome.

@leocg There is a big difference between one site having it and every single site having it.
I have to see that warning in sites that I work on and it's not only distracting but it also removes space from logs.
For me that's an indication that Opera shouldn't be used for Web development.

Open 6-7 tabs, drag a photo from to another(for example, to search in google photos) and see how when you hover, the google photos tab won't open it but will open a tab before this one or something like that. This issue is already in the last couple of builds!
