Really nice.
When removing a profile, its _side_profiles profile folder gets deleted but its _side_profiles cache folder (and its contents) does not. (Win11)
Folder names for the side profiles are an ID. Would be better if they were based on the profile name in some way so you can tell them apart in Windows Explorer more easily (for those that would want to).
Might be nice if the default theme color for the profile matches the GX Icon color you choose.

Recently, when I started the first screen, tiles began to disappear. Then sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't.

Is there any chance that the profiles will get integrated into workspaces?

@rabinowfajn3x What do you mean? Each profile has its own workspaces.

@leocg I mean that in the first workspace I would have personal accounts and in the second workspace I would have work/school accounts, basically profiles that you can switch with workspaces buttons. It would be more convenient to switch workspaces than to switch windows.

@rabinowfajn3x It would break the idea behind profiles and workspaces, so I don't really think it would happen. But only time will tell.

I've set up multiple profiles on Opera GX and I have set it as my default browser. However, clicking on external links (from emails or discord etc.) opens the tab in the main/default window. How do I configure it so that it behaves like Chrome's profiles where the link will open in the last window that was focused? Is this even possible?

@fatcavill GX profiles are not like Chrome profiles in any way. GX profiles are how the browser operates, Chrome profiles are like different people.

@fatcavill Each profile is a whole separate instance of Opera. It's not a window tied to the main Opera instance.
Opera GX doesn't support setting a certain profile as the default browser. You'd have to do it manually.
The other option is to use the main profile for what you're doing in the other profile and use the other profile for what you do in the main one.

Is there any chance that something like what I described could be supported in the future?
