Jumping while typing...

For like 2 weeks or more now, even after clearing my cache & cookies and using the latest update, when I hit backspace to correct something or sometimes even when I am just typing on Facebook, the page jumps down so I can't see what I am typing. I know it's not FB, as this doesn't happen on any other browser. Can I do something to make it stop?

@lullacry Jumps down? I'd expect goes back - Backspace is configured as a shortcut for Back - and in that case I'd tell you to see if you could delete that shortcut (though I don't see it listed so it might not be possible).

Same here. I've used Opera for years and only last week the page instantly jumps up a couple of inches the second I type the first letter in a comment box, moving the reply out of sight. It's got so bad that now I've started using Edge when I go on Facebook, it's only Opera that has the problem, which is very annoying!

@lullacry If you can describe a way for other people to reliably duplicate the issue we can file a bug report, but if they can't duplicate the issue they'll have a hard time fixing it..

@sgunhouse I think it's a facebook problem as the same happens to me while using Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Opera.

My Opera have the same issue, please fix! I can't see what I'm typing because the page scrolls down everytime I hit Shift of Space. Deleting short keys from settings doesn't help. I try updating, but it's already the latest download.
If this continue to happen, then ...goodbye!

I only use Opera and have done for 10 years or more, Although the jumping has now stopped for some mysterious reason, it jumped on Opera as well as all the other browsers......go figure....?

@lullacry I seem to have the same issue with one of my older (Dell) laptop computers but not my Lenovo laptop and yes....... it's annoying.
