Opera produced overscan not seen with other browsers

Windows Ver 21H1 So I uninstalled opera , downloaded & reinstalled without losing my user data. Now still overscans so I cannot even see taskbar etc. Next steps?

@davemeasorgoo What do you mean overscans? There are several threads (with multiple solutions) if you mean the window is off-screen.

@sgunhouse The edges of the images are not visible or accessible Only on
Opera .I have to use Task manager to even shut down Opera . I have tried the windows display "fixes" for this problem. I need to know the best way to install a totally clean version of Opera which should then respect the windows display settings. I uninstalled & removed the shortcut links but still ends up the same. Thats all for tonight -

@davemeasorgoo Oh, you're in Fullscreen mode. Press F11, Esc or use the context menu to turn it off.
