Now still overscans so I cannot even see taskbar etc. Next steps?</p>

Opera .I have to use Task manager to even shut down Opera . I have tried the windows display "fixes" for this problem.  I need to know the best way to install a totally clean version of Opera which should then respect the windows display settings. I uninstalled &amp; removed the shortcut links but still ends up the same. Thats all for tonight</p>
