"Keyboard Map API" applies to Chromium or only to Google Chrome? I'm interested in whether it will also be in Opera.

Opera team: I suggest Opera team to downgrade to a previous version of Chromium source code and launch an update with it.
Because Chromium browser Version 97.0.4692.71 (Official Version) snap 64 bits has A Issue in the source code:
When I try to move a tab with drag and drop inside the opened window, the tab opens in a new window, instead of moving inside the tab list of the same window. It also happens in privacy mode and when I disable all extensions.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Click a tab
Try to move it inside the windowExpected result:
I would expect the tab move inside the same window -

When I access a Zoom conference via the Zoom website, Opera starts using a ton of RAM and CPU, even driving my Windows desktop up to 100% CPU. When using that feature of Zoom, I have to use Vivaldi instead, since it doesn't have that issue.
I know you are saying, why not just use the Zoom program instead? Well, I'm mainly just watching the particular conference, not participating in it, and I like to cast it to the big TV in the room. Can't cast to the TV/Nvidia Shield from Zoom, but I can from a Chromium based browser.

When uploading more than one file, clicking Show All Files no longer takes me to a dialog with the folder that I had selected for the first file.
