Problem with logging to sync, password is said to be incorrect

Hello, I have a problem with syncing bookmarks and passwords. Everything on the profile was saved on the previous phone, now on the new one, I logged in, synchronization pops up, and after entering the password, it pops up incorrect, although the password is good and the profile on the opera website logs in normally. Does anyone know what the problem is

@bartek92 So you can login without problems in www.sync.opera.com?
Can you install Opera Mini and check if you can login there? If you have Opera on desktop, check there too.

Same problem here. I installed opera on a new device. I try to login or use the qr code to start up sync and opera. message is either the password is incorrect, the qr code to sync with desktop times out, or the password is accepted once, and then you are prompted a second time for the password, and it is rejected as incorrect. Looks like a serious problem with syncing of new opera installs, affecting all previous installs on the account. Since i changed the password to try to fix the problem, now my old devices no longer sync, as I cannot login with them either now. Please fix. opera desktop seems fine, and i changed the password there. opera windows sync does show all the devices, however.

a couple updates later to opera for windows, and sync is working again. used the qr code scanner to connect.

Are you able to log in to Opera Mini once you have installed it? Try it on your desktop as well.
