Opera does not open a page that should work

I have a normal Opera installed on my computer and several portable installations of this browser. Yesterday a website could not stand the number of visits and its servers died. So far, it's working again, but not at the main Opera installation. When I try to open it, at once I get the message:
This page isn’t working [...] is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500
I repeat, this message pops up almost immediately. The browser tries to open the page literally for a fraction of a second and shows this message.
And on other browsers (including several portable Opera installations) the site opens well. Anyone can handle me what to do about it?My proposals for changes in Opera (Google Document).

@sgunhouse Thanks for opening the topic.
Unfortunately, the problem still occurs. On other browsers (including portable Opera installations) the site opens without any problem. That is, only the main installation of the Opera should be guilty. On it the page opens in different ways:
- more or less partially, but in the English version (the site is available in my own language, which should be the default)
- lack of any elements of the page and the above-mentioned information displayed. Then I do not have how to clear the session storage. I get to him from the address bar. But then the site does not have cookies loaded, so I do not have access to the session storage.
Although now I refresh the page several times and display only in the first way. At the same time I remove the session storage every time, refresh and constantly load in the same way.
