Opera not showing full name of tab on hover

Will there be a fix for it? I think it used to show before. How to go back to it?

Version of Opera? How long is the title in question?

Seems to work fine in Opera Developer on Windows 10 here.

Hey there, i'd like to confirm this issue is actually happening.
It's usually not showing up, and after a few tries (move mouse out of tab and over it again) it eventually shows up a rectangle with the text, which also behaves in a weird way since it doesn't show all the text.

Opera version: LVL2 (core: 71.0.3770.456)

@leocg a co-worker also tested it and got no issues whatsoever. Considering I found the issue in Opera GX, I guess I'll open a new thread in the right forum. I wonder if it might be related to some OS issue or something like that.

@matheusmohr Don't know, maybe. I've checked with Opera GX and Opera developer on Windows 10 and in both the full page title shows up when hovering the tab.

@dustinwhitelock Here in the forum you can report issues in the respective are of the Opera product you are using. So if you, for example, is having an issue with Opera on Windows, you will use the Opera for Windows area of the forum.

The Suggestion and Feature Requests area, of course, is not the place to discuss or report issues.

You have previews enabled for your tabs? I could imagine the previews limiting the space available for text ...
