@treego: You're looking at an older changelog; scroll a bit upwards on that page...

- Changelog text is bold
- 'Full changelog is here' goes to a different build
- O72 based on Chromium 86, not 88*. You are QA and Must know that... unless you're just copy/paste stuff and don't care about your own product quality...
- should be fixed in both places - in the changelog and in the blog post.

"chromium 88.0.4302.0" you mean 860.4302.0? Also looks like the auto update server is down (not getting updates for stable or developer streams)
Why Open the Web?
Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content. -

Even the download link for Windows is giving the prior version .... ending in ".385."

Well, I'm sure there are fixes in this version that help some users, but one that presumably affects everyone still nags: History remains 24 hours off. On a more limited scope, the Yahoo Home button still doesn't work after I go to Sports, open an article, go Back to the Sports Home page and then click on that Home button on the upper left.

Opera finally updated to 72.0.3815.400 today ... I am thankful on Thanksgiving Day in the USA.

@beeowgeedeeayn: yeah lol as always, it's shame they don't 'respect' and 'listen' to user opinions and bug reports about Opera. Many bugs were reported during developer and beta stage and what? - they are in Stable now. Looks like they developing the browser for yourself not for the people. I know so many IT companies (and I actually work in one of them) which respect and always listen to the users opinions. The point of Beta stage is get bug reports and fixing bugs, but they don't do that at all.

@beeowgeedeeayn What OS? I don't see it happening here on Windows 10.

@leocg: Windows 10 and Windows 7. Two different pc's - same problem.
It's hard to reproduce the bug intentionally. Usually it happens by itself after several minutes to an hour of standard browser usage.
