Your stable update broke the address bar of new tabs. At some point search results just disappear and nothing happens when you press enter. Not sure what triggers it and doesn't really care, but it makes browser almost unusable. Great job, as always.

It seems that we'll see another one update soon because there's a non-responsive address bar global bug. https://forums.opera.com/post/231636

You guys really need to improve Opera on touch capable devices.
On a Surface Pro 4/7, scrolling and touch input often breaks. Opera won't take any input except for mouse/keyboard. It needs a browser restart.Also, you still can't select an address from the address bar suggestions using touch.
We've had Surface Pros (and touch capable displayw in general) for 8 years now. What's happening?
Microsoft's Edge is perfectly usable with touch at all times.

@andrew84: So many updates and still haven't fixed the bug with the "force dark pages" flag.
Agreed. Please fix it.

@7thgear It would be great if it was well designed. Look at the issues when zooming and when using different displays with different resolution.

@andrew84 Well, i'm on 1600x900 and 1920x1080 and both are IMHO ok, with 100% and 125% ...
But i think, we should rather take your thread, https://forums.opera.com/post/231890
I didn't know there was one already, sorry.

You change zoom in OMenu or in Settings to reproduce the bug?

It was the OMenu
To introduce the bug you should change default page zoom in the browser Settings. I always use 125% default zoom because otherwise web pages are too small for me on 1920x1080 display (just for test can also try 150% or 175% to be sure the bug exists )
On 1366x768 laptop I use 100% zoom but in this case not all the columns are visibe too (to see all the columns I must set zoom to 80%).
So in my case the feature is not usable on both computers.@7thgear said in Opera 72.0.3815.200 Stable update:
the "Recently closed" looks weird, too small.
But not always, only once. I can't reproduce it.Yes, happens randomly here too.
