Opera for Android 59

-Payment request API - not really relevant for me, I don't keep my payment data in a browser
-Youtube handling - "Open in external app" seems to only show up when the official Youtube app is installed. Doesn't work with 3rd-party Youtube clients (e.g. NewPipe)Important issues still not resolved:
-AdBlocker doesn't block ads and sponsored posts on Facebook, Google, Youtube. There is no option to configure it or subscribe to filter lists, it's just a toggle ON/OFF
-Opera doesn't accept user certificates. When a custom certificate is used Opera blocks HTTPS requests to websites and displays misleading warnings ("Your connection is not private", "Attackers might be trying to steal your passwords, credit cards"...) -

Thanks for your feedback! We cannot promise all user input to be implemented, but we listen to our users.
Regarding user certificates, we have tested and user certificates install and work fine. Let us know if the problem continues.

Hello @miyukiwork
There is no 59. That's what we take from official link:

Since Google wants our phone numbers, we do not trust it!
Seven days after 59 release and official link does not work. Does it mean something?
Should we look for it in unofficial (dangerous) places...?
That would be meant, at least to me, the end of use of Opera. -

Yes, the problem continues. Here's how to replicate the issue: https://forums.opera.com/topic/41039/opera-doesn-t-accept-user-certificates
Side notes: this has been happening on both Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S20 Ultra, on both Android 7 and Android 10, on various Opera versions (currently: latest version available on Google Play).

It's a pending discussion point and we will investigate it more later.
