Moving Bookmark folders from one location to speedial

how can i move a folder from one location on my pc to the speeddial? i have looked at past posts and nothing they suggest work

Open the bookmarks page and move the ones you want to 'Speed Dial'.

Speed dial will not allow nested folders. Not sure you can drag there anyway, but if you're dragging/copying a folder that contains another folder it won't work like you think.

@sgunhouse You can, though have multiple bookmarks in a single speed dial icon (see image below)

I know you can have folders, but not inside other folders.
