@deluxive thanks for analysis of 1Password. I've sent them request to update their signatures database with our new certificate. As for the crash build 53.0.2900.0 release this week includes fix for crash when opening new tabs on Mac. Hopefully it should also be fine for you.

New update - Opera developer 53.0.2903.0 ;-)

The change log, and the announcement.

"Before the weekend comes, we’ve prepared for you a developer update containing some design improvements. Also, we corrected the German translation for the arrow tool in snapshot.

Known issues:
- Speed Dial extensions have empty tiles.
- Opera doesn’t run on macOS 10.10."

The Chromium is updated to version 66.0.3359.27.

Some of the other changes:
- DNA-66695 Move common/html_reader to desktop/common/utility.
- DNA-68591 Move OperaBrowserMainPartsWin out of desktop/common.
- DNA-68620 Create prefs for category, and language selection."

1password issue is still not resolved. 1password support told me they have not been officially contacted by opera developers (https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/comment/419030#Comment_419030). Can the developers contact 1password at support@agilebits.com to have this resolved? Thanks!

The last working version with animated wallpaper is : 53.0.2880.
Tried on versions : 2893, 2900, 2906 ( frozen wallpaper )

@loup001 When dumping opera://gpu info, only 'Graphics Feature Status' and 'Log Messages' are necessary at first.

As you can see, hardware acceleration is disabled or not working in your system. Check if it's enabled in settings.

Regardless if activated or not, wallpaper remain frozen.

I have checked in the change log after 2880 for related info to no luck

Maybe because i'm on arch ( using package build from aur ).
The original package is deb which seem to install stuff in /opt, where arch ( aur ) install in /usr/lib

@loup001 If you enabled/disable it, the info in opera://gpu changes? If not then there is something preventing hardware acceleration from working on your system. 'Problems detected' section may give you a clue.
