VPN is just stuck on "Connecting..." and never gets connected. Of course NOTHING works when it's in that state...

SurfEasy, the Opera VPN provider is having server issues and hopes to have them resolved soon.

VPN stopped working today, may 17, 2017. cleared all data including third party cookies uninstall, install, tried it with avast web shield disabled. nothing works. can't connect to vpn at all

Same problem here, can't access to VPN, I have "Connecting", but nothing happen, and statut never change of "Connecting". And in that state, absolutly no website works.

Problems in Developer 46.0.2590.0 too.
Seems to be a problem in Opera's VPN servers.

It's not just the VPN, it's also the SYNC - guess it's an Opera server problem.

It's probably the servers. Last time it lasted several weeks to fix it. Seems some idiot changed something in newest version of Opera and it does not work with server updates. Or, servers are just down, cos some maintenance person is sleeping.

Indeed VPN service was off for some time tonight. Now it works again.

that's because of new "laws" of "government" in one of the former USSR piece
