My opera is not working with VPN enabled, but working fine with VPN disabled. What could be the reason?

Last time it lasted several weeks to fix it. Seems some idiot changed something in newest version of Opera and it does not work with server updates. Or, servers are just down, cos some maintenance person is sleeping.

I have had problems with hardware acceleration before running under Creator's Update. "Use hardware acceleration when available" is disabled. The latest Opera update 45.0.2552.812 appears to be the problem.

On May 17, 2017 at around 7 PM GMT, VPN is no longer working on two different machines.

I use Opera 45.0.2552.812 64-bit on Windows 10 Pro (Creator's Update).
