What if you never open it to begin with? I'd have to see what is opening the site but it might be possible - I used to do that in Presto pretty often and you're still using Presto ...

What's the actual URL of one of the links from the email? I need to see if it is different enough from the message URL that I could try to block it.

Sorry,,,,,,,,, it is random each time......

This time I just tested was : https://followup.cc/reminder_snooze/7979680?time=1800

The one I shown you last night was : https://followup.cc/reminder_snooze/7969440

Could I ask Opera look only " https://followup.cc/reminder_snooze/" & close such tab in 2 seconds ?

            Thank you very much.

With this extension you can execute any Javascript you want automatically for any site, that may help:

              https://addons.opera.com/es-419/extensions/details/scripter-script-includer/

For example, I use it to change some elements' size in a specific web page for better navigation.

                Thanks...........

I wonder if there would be an internal command to use so that don't bother with extension.

I am with Opera Version 11.xx

                Thank you very much.

AFAIK, you can't cycle internal commands in Opera for continuous run. Also, you can't close a few pages with specified URL pattern in background mode.

But there is ability to close few pages (with matched URL pattern) through the "Windows panel" using internal commands (assigned to button, keyboard shortcut etc.). Create new keyboard shortcut with specified URLs closing action(through the "Windows" Opera's panel) and use externals software such as AutoIt for cycle keyboard (shortcut) pressing after time interval.
But closing pages each 2(two!) seconds will be very annoying since this is not background process in Opera.

p.s. But, maybe Opera's 12 extensions API allows this? Really, i don't know (but, more likely, it's allows). If so, find the programmer guy and order(buy) extension for Opera Presto.

The way to do it would be some sort of userJS, and I'm not a JS person. Opera's regular commands include neither loops no comparisons, so I can't do it.
