  Since you’ve already tried reinstalling the app and clearing its data, it sounds like the issue may be related to Opera AI itself rather than your device or network. Hopefully, the developers can identify the cause in an upcoming update.

  Subject: Browser Connector stuck on “Update required” — Update button does nothing

  I’m using Opera One version 137.0.6036.39 on Windows with ChatGPT Free. The Browser Connector is installed and enabled, and I’m signed in to my Opera account. However, the toolbar popup remains stuck on “Update required,” and clicking Update does nothing.

  I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the Browser Connector, but the issue persists.

  ChatGPT reports: “Browser not connected. Make sure to enable ‘Allow AI connection’ in the ‘Browser Connector’ and sign in with your Opera account.”

  Please advise how to resolve the connector update loop.

  @iamchristianramos Hello. I disabled the few apps I used. And I tried them one by one. That reset Aria in the sidebar. In any case, this AI has little life left. They will soon replace it with Opera IA. Personally, I'm using another browser now.
