It's rather carelessness to keep the 134 version with disabled autoupdate without any explanation.
If there were problems with this release so autoupdates were stopped the version should be removed from the server.

I have some extensions installed long ago. For example gismeteo, google translate, h264ify.
But I don't know those are MV2 or MV3, I know about the uBO because there was a lot of hype regarding the deprecation.

Version 132.0.5905.73 and earlier worked OK.

Still not fixed.
Note that when a feature is missing in a second window (or consecutive windows), that obviously hinders usability.
