ok guys Subject to close. Problem solved !!! I had to change the permissions and add my user for the folder and all its elements in:
C: \ Users \ [username] \ AppData \ Roaming \ Opera Software

@leocg That is what it appears to be happening though the count does appear to be correct on other pages. I would say that AdBlock is working just fine and just the count is sometimes wrong.
@Promeax You can use search engines keywords there.
@wenoay Sorry my suggestions did not help. If you are using VPN please turn it off -- it cannot hurt.
