  Well, I don’t know, but my browser consumes RAM 0.7-2.5 and the processor load is 15-55% when 8-12 tabs are open, with everything turned on in the browser and I did not set the limiter. System: Phenom2 X4, RAM 8Gb, GTX 1050Ti. But launching the browser could be faster)

  I think i may have found the cause of the issue, it seemed to be the OperaGX forums notifications for new topics, which i then turned off from the settings, now the sound seems to have stopped.
